What studio photography kit would work best?

I thought long and hard about what lighting kit to purchase but I can’t decide. I turn to the community on Yahoo. My setup is just something small for portraits. I am working out of a somewhat small and completely white room (width11’ height 10’ length 20’). I know the products I have selected are not of the best quality but FOR NOW it is as much as I am willing to pay. Tell me what you would choose or if you have any better ideas. THANK YOU in advance.

The first link there are no specifications listed.

The second link looks pretty good although the output is a little low, however the gold umbrella is a good way to punch up the “glow” of womens faces.

The third link is good, again you will have to use a faster lens and place the lights closer to your subjects.

The fourth link has some nice features, but again 160 w/sec flash bulbs are sort of low powered.

The lowest output bulbs I use are 250 w/sec … highest output is 600 w/sec.

If I was buying an inexpensive portable studio light package and these were my only choices, I would choose the one on the second link.

Before you buy, look at a company called “Alien Bee”, “ProFoto”, “Photogenic” or “Speedotron”
