Studio Lighting Kit

I need help with finding a good beginners studio lighting kit?
I have a white room which I would like to set up with a studio lighting kit but I’m not sure what I would need, I just want at least one light maybe a bounce umbrella? Wouldn’t know where to go or what to look for :S any help would be great.
