Slave Flash Light
What is a good radio slave flash trigger for a Nikon D80?
I am looking for radio slave flash trigger with a transmitter and receiver to work with studio lighting on a Nikon camera. I am not an expert and looking at Ebay, there are lots of different ones being sold. I am skeptical of the ones being sold out of foreign countries cause it’s hard to know what to expect in quality, should I be worried? Are there any recommendations for a specific brand or features to look out for (in order to get a decent performing transmitter/receiver and not get duped)?
Pocket Wizard is considered the standard.
But if you go over to Alien Bees (http://www.alienbees.com/rft1.html) they have a trigger kit too.
AB is a reputable company and their setup is a whole lot cheaper tham PW, so I’d check it out.
