Polacolor Pro Instant Film
Can you use 669 Polacolor film in a Minolta Instant Pro camera?

No.

Polaroid 669 film is a pack film (the peel apart kind of Polaroid) that requires a manual pulling of the film from the camera.

The Minolta Instant Pro uses Spectra film, which is self developing and which will not accept 669 film.

You would actually be better off buying an old Polaroid packfilm camera; Spectra film is either impossible to find or outrageously priced. It can actually be cheaper to buy a working Polaroid pack film camera and leftover Polaroid packfilm or new Fujifilm packfilm than a spectra film pack!
