cheap photo studio equipment?
I am a college student and am looking for cheap but good quality, even if it means used, photo studio equipment. I need softboxes/umbrellas and their lighting, muslin backdrops, posing stool/table, props/costumes, etc. Does anybody know of any websites or stores that offer cheap but good quality equipment?? Or if you know of anybody in New York looking to sell some of their own? Thanks for the info!
Look on Craigslist.com, search your area’s for sale photo/video section. Also, there are a lot of how to/DIY guides for making your own stuff. That’s what I did. I use a lot of flourescent bulbs to give my ‘studio’ room better lighting to where I don’t need flash.
