Photo Background Fantasy

what software program can i use to put a different background on a picture?
(Photo fantasy was one but dosent exist for windows xp.) I am looking for a software that can edit and put your on background to a picture. Please help me.
Photoshop will do it. If you’re looking for a program with a nice wizard, Adobe used to make something called PhotoDeluxe. If you want something free, try GIMP ( http://www.gimp.org ).
