Good quality digital camera under $200 with 3x or more opt. zoom, at least 7.0mp?
I want a good guality digital camera under $200 that has 3x optical zoom or more, at least 7.0 mp, rechargeable battery, internal memory, picture stabilization, 2.5″ LCD screen, video, noise reduction and overall ease of use and can hold up to wear and tear.
