what type of stand can i get to set up 2 speedlights?
i am going to wirelessly use my sb600 to light up a group. i know i need a tripod but dont want to spend lots of money, what is a good stand or tripod
Look on Ebay if you can wait, or B&H or Adorama if you can’t, for a lightstand or two. 7-8 foot is fine, air cushion is noce but adds to the cost. For the SB-600 alone, a lightweight stand is plenty.
If you are going to add modifiers, like umbrellas, a medium weight stand might be better, although a lightweight stand will still work.
