i recently bought this product off the internet , however the disc will not install it . i was wondering if anyone could show me the website in which i can install it from..? if you get me lol .

I have no idea who the manufacturer is. I just looked it up on Ebay and there is no indication of who manufactured it.
It just looks like a very cheap USB web cam. So it was probably manufactured by one of hundreds of budget electronics companies based in China.
The only way that you’re going to find out who manufactured it is to look at the packaging or somewhere on the device. Even then they probably won’t have a web site.
You should contact whoever sold you it and ask for a disk. If you bought it on Ebay then contact the seller.
Until you find out who made it, it’s just an Acme Webcam.
