Instant Film Camera
Will they still be making polaroid instant camera film in the year 2010?
I’m really interested in polaroid film and polaroid instant cameras, and considering i’m only 14, i don’t have a job.
So i was thinking when I got some money for christmas i’d buy a polaroid camera and some film, but are they still going to be making it in 2010?
I know they have it now, because i saw some at walmart.

Polaroid announced that they would stop making Polaroid film back in Feb 08. However, due to sooo many people’s requests. They are now making instant Polaroid film again!!! by a different company who bought the Polaroid factories though (thanks to the people at Impossible Project)
It will not be the same as the old instant Polaroid film, it will have new “optimized components”, and be more “modern”. It WILL work with the classic/ vintage Polaroid cameras so don’t worry.
In the meantime, you can still get original polaroid film. Its just getting harder and harder to find. Or you can get a Fuji Instax, Fuji is still making instant film.
