can you use fuji instax film with this camera?

i heard that you can use polaroid land camera’s with fuji instax film.. but i’m not so sure if its compatible with a sonar one step?

No, that camera requires Polaroid integral film. Instax film is significantly smaller in size and the cartridge is physically different shaped.
