Why does my top-mounted brake light flash with m y turn signal?
I was pulled over a couple of days ago because my top-mounted brake lamp on my ’91 Chevy G20 conversion van flashed when I turned on my right turn signal. As far as I know, this is a new problem. Anyone have any ideas where to start looking for reasons why?
well somehow your center light got put in the circut for the blinker. you should take it to someone who does electrical systems on cars. Unless you are willing to spend the time tracking it down. You will have to trace down the wires and find the wrong connection – not somthing i recommmend you do unless you know what you’re doing. Also did some work on van recently – because that is not the type of problem that simply shows up. if someone did work on it take it back to them and get them to fix it.
