I am having trouble downloading pictures from my cyber shot camera need help asap?
My computer comes up with no new media files to download put i have like 50 pictures on my camera I can’t figure it out. My camera is a cyber shot dsc- s650/s700 What am i doing wrong. It also says that usb device not recognized.

It could be that the memory card in your camera has become corrupted, and therefore the computer does not realise what you are connecting.
To check if this is the problem, you could try connecting the memory card to your computer using a USB card reader (instead of connecting the camera containing the memory card to the computer).
If you do this and you still get the error, it is likely the card that is at fault. If you do this and it loads, there could be a problem either with your camera or the USB cable you are using to connect it.
