Is the Canon XSI Rebel Camera good?!?
I was wondering if the Canon XSI Rebel camera was a good camera.As in good picture quality, good structure, and good lenses etc. Or if there is a better one that is about the same price as the Canon.

The Canon XSi is an excellent camera and will give you access to some excellent glass and long lasting products.
While there are other 35 mm based camera systems, only one other is used by professional photographers and that of course is Nikon. You may want to go into a camera store and see which camera fits in your hands the best and which has the button and menu layout that is easiest for you to navigate.
In the entry level cameras of both systems, there lie the XSi and D60 cameras .. if you have the budget, look at the Canon 50D or Nikon D90 as your starting point.
